FORT MCDOWELL FIESTA BOWL PARADE

2007 will be the sixth year that Foundation for Burns and Trauma volunteers have participated in the Fort McDowell Fiesta Bowl Parade.  This year the parade will be held on Saturday, December 29th, and our volunteers will join nearly 10,000 other participants and volunteers as we march in the 37th Annual Fort McDowell Fiesta Bowl Parade.  The Fiesta Bowl Parade is the single largest spectator event in the state of Arizona and is ranked by USA Today as one of the top parades in the nation.

If you would like to volunteer with us this year, please contact Janet DeBoer at 602-230-2041 (or e-mail at
janet.deboer@azburn.org).  Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and able to walk about 2 miles at a fairly good pace.

Shown in the photo at right are Foundation volunteers carrying the Cradle Baby balloon, which is sponsored by the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation.

Thank you to the Foundation volunteers who participate in this event.
